The Caduceus Pen
“The Caduceus Pen” is a school-based and student-run office/organization, which will stand as a beacon of truth, insight, and literary prowess within the halls of MMG College of General Santos City, Inc. The name itself evokes the majestic symbolism of the Caduceus, a sacred emblem of health, wisdom, communication, and eloquence, intertwined with the noble heritage of journalistic excellence which is represented by the “pen.”
“In all its endeavors, “The Caduceus Pen” shall uphold and look upon the spirit of the Caduceus, symbolizing the pursuit of knowledge, the dissemination of truth, and the empowerment of the student body through the artistry of the written word.”

The official slogan of “The Caduceus Pen” is Transparency. Respect. Excellence. In all activities, endeavors, and publications that this office/organization will do and hold, these three core values shall be reflected and embodied at all costs.
Purpose of “The Caduceus Pen”
“The Caduceus Pen” serves as the official student paper publication of MMG College of General Santos City, Inc. It is dedicated to promoting transparency of school projects and activities, as well as honing the skills of potential journalists studying at MMG College. The organization aims to provide accurate and meaningful insight coverage of campus events and issues while fostering journalistic integrity and excellence among its members.
