Institutional Scholarships Offered

MMG College of General Santos City, Inc. offers the following scholarship programs:

Instead of paying for their tuition fees upfront, students could opt to pay for it later, and the best part is, there is 0% interest on the amount borrowed! Jumpstart your academic journey without being held back by financial constraints.

A. Valedictorian or students that graduated with Highest Honors are entitled to FULL SCHOLARSHIP for the current scholarship enrolled in.

B. Salutatorian or students with High Honors are entitled to PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIP for the current semester enrolled in.

A. Full Academic Scholarship

a.1 Enrolled with regular status.

a.2 Earned an average of 95% or better with no grade below 90% per subject.

a.3 Entitled to a 100% discount in tuition fee.

B. Partial Academic Scholarships

b.1 Enrolled with regular status.

b.2 Earned an average of 92% or better with no grade below 88% per subject.

b.3 Entitled to a 60% discount in tuition fee.

C. Tuition Privilege

c.1 Enrolled with regular status.

c.2 Earned an average of 88% or better with no grade below 85% per subject.

c.3 Entitled to a 25% discount in tuition fee.

Upon the discretion of the Administration, selected students may qualify for a grant-in-aid scholarship. The GIA scholar will be entitled to a full tuition and miscellaneous fees privilege provided that certain conditions are met.

A. Editorial Board Perks & Benefits

MMG College of General Santos City, Inc. through The Caduceus Pen (the official student paper publication of MMG College), acknowledges the role of all its editorial board members as the official media of the institution. It is just and fair to offer opportunities for recognition and achievement, with avenues for perks and benefits.

a.1 The appointed Editor-in-Chief shall be entitled to a 10% tuition discount per semester as long as he/she holds an excellent academic standing and other conditions are met as stipulated in the Constitution and By-Laws of “The Caduceus Pen.”

a.2 Other Editorial Board Members (Associate Editor-in-Chief, Circulation Manager, Senior Writers, Senior Photojournalists, & Senior Editorial Cartoonist) shall be entitled to a 5% tuition discount per semester as long as he/she holds an excellent academic standing and other conditions are met as stipulated in the Constitution and By-Laws of “The Caduceus Pen.”

B. Socio-Cultural/Athletic Scholarship

Discount on tuition fee is based on the moderator’s/trainor’s performance evaluation.
